Before contacting support
- Do not email passwords, verification codes, banking passwords, or card PINs.
- Do not send passport or Emirates ID copies unless specifically required through an approved secure process.
- For a listing issue, include the listing URL, title, seller name, and reason for contacting us.
- For account deletion, send the request from the email address registered to the account.
