1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing, creating an account, publishing a listing, contacting a seller, or otherwise using ListSellGo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Do not use ListSellGo when you do not agree with these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to independently buy, sell, or advertise through ListSellGo.

A minor may use the service only under the direct involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Role of ListSellGo

ListSellGo provides technology that allows users to publish listings, discover items, and communicate with one another.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ListSellGo is not the buyer, seller, owner, manufacturer, broker, courier, insurer, payment processor, or escrow provider in a transaction between users.

Agreements, payments, inspections, collections, deliveries, warranties, refunds, and disputes are arranged directly between the buyer and seller.

4. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

• Keep your password and account access secure.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or lend your account.
• Do not create accounts using another person’s identity or contact information.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

5. Listing responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every listing is truthful, lawful, current, and sufficiently clear.

A listing must accurately describe:

• The item or service being offered.
• Its actual condition and known defects.
• The correct price and location.
• Material restrictions, missing parts, or relevant limitations.
• Whether photographs show the actual item.

Sellers must have the legal right to offer every listed item and must remove or mark a listing as sold when it is no longer available.

6. Prohibited listings and conduct

You may not use ListSellGo to advertise, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate:

• Stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, or illegally obtained goods.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or prohibited weapons.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or unauthorised prescription medicines.
• Alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, vaping, or other age-restricted products.
• Pornographic, sexually exploitative, or unlawful adult content.
• Human organs, body parts, protected wildlife, or prohibited animal products.
• Fake identity documents, bank accounts, payment cards, credentials, or personal data.
• Unlicensed financial, investment, gambling, lending, medical, legal, or regulated services.
• Unauthorised fundraising, donations, or charitable collections.
• Products subject to safety recalls or goods whose sale is unlawful.
• Content that is threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or invasive of privacy.
• Malware, phishing links, spam, automated scraping, account attacks, or attempts to bypass security controls.

This list is not exhaustive. We may prohibit additional categories when required for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

7. Buyer and seller safety

Users are responsible for evaluating each other and every proposed transaction.

• Inspect items before completing payment whenever reasonably possible.
• Meet in a safe public location.
• Be cautious of advance-payment requests, unusual links, and urgent pressure.
• Confirm ownership, authenticity, and condition independently.
• Keep appropriate evidence of payments and communications.

Report suspected fraud to ListSellGo and, where appropriate, to the relevant UAE authorities.

8. AI Photo Assistant

The AI Photo Assistant is an optional tool that may suggest a listing title, category, condition, and description from uploaded photographs.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. It must not be treated as professional advice, authentication, valuation, inspection, or confirmation of a product’s identity.

Sellers must review and correct every suggestion before publishing. You remain fully responsible for the final listing.

AI access may be limited, suspended, or changed to manage cost, security, abuse, or service availability.

9. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including listing text and photographs.

By submitting content, you grant ListSellGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and technically process that content for operating, promoting, securing, and improving the marketplace.

You confirm that you own the content or have sufficient permission to use it and that it does not infringe another person’s rights.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate, hide, edit, restrict, or remove listings and accounts when we reasonably believe they violate these terms, applicable law, platform rules, or user safety.

We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

We are not required to pre-screen every listing and cannot guarantee that all prohibited or inaccurate content will be detected immediately.

11. Fees and future paid services

ListSellGo may currently provide certain features without charge.

We may introduce paid listings, promoted placements, subscriptions, commissions, delivery services, payment services, or other paid features in the future.

Applicable prices and additional terms will be shown before a user purchases a paid service.

12. Third-party services

ListSellGo may connect to external services such as WhatsApp, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, or other providers.

We are not responsible for the separate terms, content, availability, security, decisions, or actions of third-party services.

13. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of ListSellGo.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of listings, delivery of messages, availability of AI services, or compatibility with every device.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListSellGo is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee the identity of users, accuracy of listings, legality or ownership of items, product quality, authenticity, safety, transaction completion, payment, delivery, or user conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ListSellGo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses resulting from user transactions, reliance on listings, external communications, unauthorised conduct, service interruption, or AI-generated content.

Users remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions and independently verifying transactions.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ListSellGo at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to other users.

Provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and governing law, will remain effective.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction requirements, disputes concerning ListSellGo will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when the marketplace, features, risks, or legal requirements change.

The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
