ListSellGo is an online marketplace that allows users to advertise, discover, and contact sellers regarding second-hand products and services in the United Arab Emirates.

In this policy, “ListSellGo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of the ListSellGo website and services.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use ListSellGo, we may collect:

• Account information, including your email address, seller name, user identifier, and authentication information.
• Contact information, including the WhatsApp number you provide for buyers.
• Listing information, including titles, descriptions, prices, locations, categories, conditions, and photographs.
• Marketplace activity, including listing views, profile views, saved listings, shares, and WhatsApp button clicks.
• Reports and moderation information submitted about listings or sellers.
• AI Photo Assistant usage, including the number and time of AI analysis requests.
• Technical information, which may include your browser, device type, IP address, timestamps, security records, and error logs.

3. Public marketplace information

ListSellGo is a public marketplace. When you publish a listing, its title, description, price, location, photographs, seller name, and contact options may be visible to other users.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Register, authenticate, and secure user accounts.
• Publish, display, edit, and remove marketplace listings.
• Allow buyers to contact sellers.
• Generate optional listing suggestions through the AI Photo Assistant.
• Investigate reports, disputes, fraud, spam, and misuse.
• Moderate listings and seller accounts.
• Measure marketplace performance and improve our services.
• Maintain security records and comply with applicable legal requirements.

5. AI Photo Assistant

When you choose to use the AI Photo Assistant, up to the first three selected item photographs may be submitted to an artificial-intelligence service for analysis.

The AI may suggest a title, category, condition, and description. AI results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all generated information before publishing.

Do not submit photographs containing faces, identity documents, payment details, private conversations, serial numbers, IMEI numbers, or unrelated personal information for AI analysis.

6. Technology providers

ListSellGo uses third-party technology providers to operate the marketplace, including:

• Supabase for user authentication, database services, and image storage.
• Vercel for website hosting and application delivery.
• OpenAI for optional AI-assisted photo analysis and listing generation.
• WhatsApp when a user chooses to contact a seller through an external WhatsApp link.

These providers may process information outside the UAE. Their processing is also governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

7. When information may be shared

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Information may be shared:

• Publicly when you publish marketplace content.
• With technology providers required to operate ListSellGo.
• When required by law, a court order, or a competent authority.
• When reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, or defend legal rights.
• In connection with a future business restructuring, acquisition, investment, or transfer, subject to applicable requirements.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, display listings, investigate reports, prevent abuse, maintain security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups, technical logs, or moderation records.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may request:

• Information about personal data held about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion of eligible personal information.
• Restriction of or objection to certain processing activities.
• A portable copy of eligible information.
• Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, or regulatory obligations.

10. Account and data deletion

You may delete individual listings through your seller dashboard. To request deletion of your account and eligible associated information, contact us using the email address below.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including authenticated accounts, encrypted connections, database access controls, restricted administration tools, and AI usage limits.

No online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised account access.

12. Children

ListSellGo is not intended for children under 18 to independently enter into marketplace transactions. Minors should use the service only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

13. External services

ListSellGo may contain links to external services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those external services.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our marketplace, technology, or legal obligations change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
